She canceled my first appointment with her with the exception of rescheduling due to it being my birthday. Then for my second appointment she pushed m...y appointment back an hour and then when I told her I was there she still said she’d be another 15 minutes. Even still I was willing to wait for her because I really needed my ends trimmed. Then it just seemed like she was lying and had no intention of making it to my appointment so she canceled the appointment so she didn’t keep me waiting. Show more

First time client consultation

Very unprofessional I missed work to have a 1’o’clock in person consultation after being there over 30 minutes one worker text Courtney to see where s...he was due to the fact that I waited for so long. Minutes later I received a text from Courtney saying she forgot she’s moving and that she forgot to send me details in regards to seeing my hair virtually or in person. Courtney ask me to send her pictures of my hair and to let her know what service I wanted. There is absolutely no way that you can look at my hair from a picture and determine the health and nature of my hair. It would have help if she had an appointment book to keep track of her clients, you don’t know what anyone may have planned for that day but trusted you looking at their hair only to have it cancel the day of. Moving forward I am going elsewhere that’s more professional and cares about their clients needs. I would never suggest this place of business to anyone. Show more

On my website it clearly shows I rather do consultations virtually by phone if you read the description. I apologize that I didn’t send my email on time but that’s why I say “MUST READ” on my website for things like this. I have been working for 5 years and 90% of my consultations are in person and always come out with gorgeous results if you haven’t seen already. I am highly knowledgeable about my work and can see hair damage without being in person or otherwise I wouldn’t have this statement on my website. thank you for your review and I hope you find a great stylist to assist you. Please be mindful of reading stylist descriptions and rules before booking to save you time. Just please remember to read. First time clients are mostly not in person. Read read read!
