Excellent service! This is only my third set of lashes and the first two I had done with different ladies at a different store were not that great. Pa...tricia was awesome and she gave me the cat eye that I asked for! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because they do not have a good phone system and so I tried calling since the morning to reschedule my appointment and I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. Otherwise, great environment and friendly staff, plus awesome results! Show more

I have been coming to lisset’ since she first started from the living room of her house. She does an amazing work! She is so dedicated and gentle tha...t I found weird that people would leave a bad review. Her shop is beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly that I usually fall asleep. On top of that, she has worked so hard and endured so many hardships that is sad there is still people that would judge or take misleading assumptions without knowing for sure. The staff is great, most do not speak English, but there is always lisset or Elsa to translate. I understand Spanish perfectly, and they are very polite and respectful at all times. These girls have so many clients that they barely takes breaks so they use hand sanitizer between customers and alcohol. They would always try to help you and go the extra mile to fit you in the schedule, to do a quick fill in, or just to remove a lash that bothers for free. For last, they offer affordable prices for their services and discounts from time to time 😉. I love coming here 😍😍🙂 Show more

They are dirty— they do not wash their hands prior to applying the lashes. You will get an eye infection. However, the worst part is they are racist. ...If you do not speak Spanish I warn you do not come here they will talk about you in Spanish. Unbeknownst to them my husband is Puerto Rican, so I understood everything they were saying. This was the worst last experience in my life. Show more
