Awesome experience from beginning to end. The staff was welcoming and inviting. I was promptly greeted for my 9 am appointment. My 16 year old car was... cleaned and treated as if it were a late model luxury car. I was very very pleased and the Express detail was unbelievably reasonable price-wise. Car looked great from the outside, wasn't too happy with the interior though. Drivers door had Armorall, but not the passenger door. Passenger door pa...nel still looked dirty, steering wheel was still dirty, glass (plastic) cover over guages still dirty. I guess you have to pay the $200 and ask for the Showroom package if you want everything to be done. I am heading to this review based on the company's response, I am not trying to make this company look bad I received an email asking me what did I think and I simply answered the email I do not normally give reviews for this reason I am not trying to make the company owners look bad. The outside of the car was beautiful they did an unbelievable job for the price that I paid on the outside. The only thing I noticed when I climbed in the car was the top of the steering wheel by the steering column was not touched the same dust that was on there when I dropped the car off was on there when I picked it up and it caught me by surprise but all I said was if you want everything done don't expect to get everything done on the $50 plan and I do believe that that is a fair assessment of how the inside looks. I would return there without a doubt but I would get a more expensive package next time I do recommend these gentlemen 120% you should definitely have your car cleaned at Red Line without a doubt.
