I first went to Victoria when she was working in Deerfield Beach. She is so professional. She left Deerfield Beach and I was devastated because she is... the best. But I found her in Boynton Beach and immediately made an appointment. I always have the tinting and waxing of my brows done. She makes this 70 years young women feel great as she is so great at what she does. I highly recommend. You will be satisfied. Show more
