I've been getting my haircut by RJ Styles from Bus-stop Barber Shop for months and it's one of the best haircuts I've ever had in the Bay Area. RJ is ...professional, funny, accommodating, and easily one of the best barbers for all hairstyles and styles in the Bay Area. It's best to book an appointment online at the bus stop barbershop website and to follow him on social media where you can see his work firsthand. I consider him to be a master barber that understands how to take care of your hair all while making sure that you leave a satisfied customer. RJ is definitely a barber you should check out if you're ever in need of a great cut, at affordable prices, and in a good location (directly across from Costco in SOMA). I've been coming to the bus stop barbershop since it launched in 2020, as it was one of the only shops you could go to during Covid. Watching the grow...th of this shop has been spectacular. These guys have stuck to their roots since opening. Tim, Ricky, Tatiana, and the crew are some of the best folks to see monthly. Every time I come by the shop I leave feeling great, rejuvenated, and stoked to see old friends. Highly recommend - these guys will take care of your needs no doubt! Show more

Good shop for basic cuts and solid fades. Been going here regularly for some time now since they're down the street from my work, and always have last... minute openings. I get my hair cut by JP and Ricky, and they both do a great job. Probably not the shop for you if you want something other than a typical short sides, longer top haircut though, they seem to specialize in the fade style that is popular currently. Show more

have to say that this is one of the best barber shops I've ever been too. The shop itself is very unique Aesthetically mimicking a school bus. The peo...ple are very friendly as well as being pretty skilled to the craft. The cuts are very sharp and detailed as well. I used to get my haircut years ago by some of the same barbers but due to Covid I was fearful that they had shutdown. Lastly luckily I've gotten news that they never left and the looks are even better than last time. I had a barber named Ricky cut my hair and the funny thing is I don't even say anything and it turned out to be exactly what I hoped for which tells me that even after all this time he still remembered my usual look I go for. The cuts are even better than I remembered and I'll let the picture explain the rest! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fresh look and great vibes! Show more
