We booked the appointment for prom. We showed up the day of prom, the address took us to a parking lot with no business in sight . I called the number..., after serval attempts she finally answered and slclaimed she had no clue what I was talking about. She claimed “I don’t use Booksy”. I have emails from Booksy confirming the appointment. If the business no longer uses Booksy, then remove your business from Booksy”. Never again!!!!!! Show more
