The haircut was good but the actual process of getting to the haircut was very frustrating. I went to make an appt online a few weeks back and there w...ere multiple times to choose from so I chose a time. I then get an email stating that the appt was not approved and I would need to make a different appt on a different day. I then pick another time on a different day and 3 days before the appt I get an email saying the time has been changed from 1pm to 1:25. Thankfully we didn’t have to have the appt right at 1pm so we confirmed. When we arrived the barber was doing another customer’s hair and he asked if we had an appt which I said we did at 1:25. It was 1:20 at that point. He did not take my son back until 1:55. I understand being behind by 10-15min but 30 min to wait when we had an appt made is a bit ridiculous. Why have the option to make an appt if they can’t stick to it. This is not the first time this has happened and quite frankly I am done with Hair Express. We have been bringing our boys there since they were 2. I would rather they go back to walk-in only. At least I would know there was going to be a wait and would plan for it. Show more
