For reference sir you were moving throughout the cut to look at your haircut in a mirror behind me during the service numerous times and I had to adjust your head to attempt to cut it..once you then told me "it's because I've been messed up so many times"..Once I reassured you of my work you then commenced to show me pictures of a haircut that you wanted which I cut your hair and beard exactly like the picture. You also asked me verbatim "I don't know, what do u think will look good? " then I told you and cut it that way and u still didnt like it.You were not pleased with the service provided because you had no idea what style you wanted to achieve from the get go. I am empathetic that you were not satisfied with the service but I ensure you I am not to blame for the end results
