Despite me being located in Houston an...d she in Philadelphia she was professional, polite, and very responsive to any questions I had. I have very short damaged hair and she quickly set up a virtual consultation to determine if she could give me the look I was trying to achieve. The best part about Nay was she was completely honest with me and gave me realistic expectations. Although I requested micros I was optimistic she would not deliver the size I was going for but she quickly educated me on her skills and I am so pleased with the size she did.
