I booked on the app the evening before, got a confirmation via email for both appointments I made. I showed up to the appointments on time, but no one... showed up for me. I arrived at 9:05am for the first appointment scheduled for 9:15am, but no one showed up, no call, no text, no email. ALL my info is on the app so I'm definitely reachable. I received zero contact. I waited until 9:36am and I finally left, I won't try again for the 12:30pm appointment. I live on the other side of town. **update: the owner has reached out and apologized through the app and I do appreciate that. Thank you. Show more

Hello Dawn Manning i apologize that happened to you but ive been here since 9am i could have been in the back and didn't hear anyone at the door if im here by myself and in the back i will lock the door also i did not check my schedule for today because i knew i was booked i dont know how you were able to schedule an appointment and i was booked for today must have been an error on this end once again i apologize this.
