Honestly a little disappointed with the retwist. Although I didn’t personally meet her since the appointment was for my daughter while I was at work, ...she seemed like a nice girl. I booked based on reviews since our regular stylist was booked. I’ll just say had I known hair wash and conditioning was not included, I wouldn’t have booked. Also, it was mentioned to my daughter and mom that she is not a loctician, which is fine, but why offer loc services if you don’t know what you are doing. My daughter is highly disappointed and so am I. We are currently at home trying to fix her hair ourselves and the appointment was today. I ended up scheduling another appointment later in the month with our actual stylist that my daughter will have to miss school to go to since it was all that was available since this did not come out right. I thought I was booking with a professional since I found her on the booking site and saw good reviews, but never again. There should also be something on here that says wash not included. One of the reviews talked about how great the wash was so I thought it was part of the service, but it wasn’t even offered. Show more

I love how she br...aided my hair I got the style I showed her a picture of. I will be back again. Talented hands!
