I sent a text to double-check the booking before receiving the confirmation email, and it showed as delivered. When I arrived at the site, which is lo...cated within an apartment complex, at 9 AM, I attempted to send another text, but it wouldn't go through as the phone was turned off. Calls were also directed to voicemail. Additionally, the policy required over 50% of the payment upfront. I had to escalate the issue to secure a refund. With a flight to catch in the evening, this experience wasted a significant amount of my time and highlighted the unreliability of the service. Edit -, appreciate the response..
