Very unprofessional!!! I made an appointment with this lady. She accepted and confirmed the appointment the date of the appointment. It was nobody at ...the shop when I showed up. I had to call the shop number to look for the lady (Which I shouldn’t have to do) once I called her phone. She hung up on me and never called back not one time she called me to let me know that she was running late or that we needed to reschedule completely she just dismissed the appointment and never contacted me about it. The least she could’ve did was communicated after I drove all the way to her shop regardless if I paid for a deposit for the appointment or not , my deposit was my gas money n my time that was wasted Show more
