I had an excellent experience! Kiani is very professional. We had good communication regarding my appointment and she answered all the questions I had... before, during and after my appointment. She responds quickly VIA instagram message. I absolutely love my lashes! She gave me exactly what I wanted! I described to her that i am quite picky lol! I wanted a more natural looking lash. She recommended a "wet look" lash/whispy adding in a few longer lashes! 😍❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will definitely be back! Im obsessed now! Kiani also gave me a lash wand, lash liquid cleaner and squirt water bottle along with an instruction card on how to care for my new set. She showed me step by step before I left my appointment explaining to me what I needed to do to properly care for them. Mahalo Kiani for an excellent experience!
