Hi Luis, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I was the only barber at the shop today and had many walk ins, therefore I got very backed up. The walk in before your appointment had already been waiting for an hour so it didn’t feel right skip him. But I completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize. Hi Ryan, i’m sorry that your experience with me wasn’t up to standard. Unfortunately neck lines do tend to have cowlicks that can sometimes look like bald patches, this is a natural occurrence in the hair and im sorry if I didn’t point it out at the time of your service. If you would like to give me an opportunity to make this right for you, I can taper the neck line higher so that the cowlick isn’t visible. If you would like to come in today let me know and I can head over to the shop and get that fixed for you. If not, I completely understand. Thank you for your feed back.
