Hi Leigh, would just like to clarify that you have booked a 3 hour balayage slot , when you arrived I had a full consultation with yourself regarding your colour , you have a level 3 full coloured hair darkest brown / black with previous box dye, as professional I would never go ahead and start work / bleach on hair that I was not 100 % would be achievable and I had to check how this would lift , also leaving a gap in my diary in a Sunday that I cannot fill then was also not ideal for me but these things happen, the best way to see how the hair will lift is with a strand test that I had taken. At thr time I had said to you If everything was ok with your strand test I would be happy to stay later on the Tuesday evening even tho starting Color correction at 5pm is not ideal but as you said you were going away I was trying my best to accommodate you befor you went on holiday , I contacted yourself to let you know that it had not lifted evenly. I had suggested that we could still do root touch up , unfortunately with the development time for a balayage and root touch up being very different this was conflicted in my diary as I had a bridal trial already booked in so I suggest for the root touch up I could accommodate you thursday evening before your holiday , you contacted me to say just leave it that didn’t suit , I am sorry if you were not happy that your Color could not be carried out at your Sunday booking, Shirley
