If you're reading this you've already made the right choice to go to Brooks! As an autistic adult i find it very difficult to adjust to change and r...outine, and as I'd had some 'satisfactory' hair cuts in other businesses i decided to head to Brooks. I wasn't disappointed! The general atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and at no point did anything give me reason to think otherwise. On this visit i had the pleasure of Iza and i can honestly say he did a fantastic job! He took the time to ask questions about my hair, it's styling, my preferences and so on. He made me feel very comfortable and we managed to maintain a steady conversation (good for someone on the spectrum). The service was thorough, efficient and meticulous. Even seeing the rest of the team i could see the attention to detail they all provided for their clients. You won't be disappointed!! Show more
