I stupidly used boxed dye & Kaye worked wonders getting rid of the orange roots. My hair was night & day from when I walked in to the salon. As soon a...s I got home I realised the neck of my hoodie was covered in tint & there was also bleach on the back of it. I put it straight in the washing machine but as expected it was ruined & had to be binned. Not ideal! Update 08/04/24 - At no point was I told not to wear a hoodie so unsure why this is stated? I'm also not daft & the hoody was lightweight with a hood that sat no higher than the collar of any top/jumper so should not have been an issue. It was only noticed when I got home however not only was there tint on the neck there was also bleach on the back of the hoodie therefore it's ruined. I've messaged their Instagram page twice as I want to speak to the owner herself not call & just speak to anyone who has no clue why I'm calling. Initial message not even read. Second message read & ignored. Shocking customer service!! Show more
