Great barber's (best in Ilkeston) Toni and Emily always make it a nice friendly place to come and have a chat while getting a haircut, always willing ...to accommodate you whether you've booked or not and you get a great haircut at a reasonable price everytime. Toni and quality of haircut top notch, I return for this reason. Unfortunately at times customers run riot and behave like animals. Adults should watc...h their language in front of children and if necessary staff should ask them to shut up. In this case a symptom of a lack of standards by the other customer. I had to explain to an 8 year old the meaning of some words that fell out a shameless customers mouth in front of my child and hers. It should be made clear that the Toni has gone to some length to apologise despite it really being the customers place to do so not her. I am a repeat customer and will continue to go. I can't see this situation being allowed to happen again having had the opportunity to discuss it with Toni. Show more
