Extremely poor customer service I booked on line in advance for a gel removal. My appointment was confirmed for friday 29th at 12.30pm. I arrived ...at 12.20pm, was asked how they could help, i told them i had a gel removal booked in for 12.30, to be told quite abruptly, that they are refusing to do it because they were busy, i explained i booked, and got, a no, not doing it as its the weekend and tbey are too busy. He didnt even look at me when talking to me he just carried on doing someones nails. Poor, poor service and attitude from staff Show more
