Service was great - the Therapist was very thorough and lovely - took time to explain everything and kept checking in with me to see how I was doing t...hroughout! couldn't have asked for a better experience but unfortunately after following the aftercare steps carefully 4 days later I can't see any difference at all - i was hoping to see some change in my arms but unfortunately not. I am slim in general, exercise daily and look after my weight so just wanted some help addressing stubborn fat on my arms and thought this would work for me but I guess not - so I’m a bit disappointed after spending so much money for no change at all. The treatment was explained to me in details and you could see both therapists (I had 2 session so far) were knowledgeable and genui...nely passionate about treatments and aesthetic. Nati (I hope I spelled it correctly) she had vast knowledge of the technologies and machines and you can see she has lots of experience! She definitely a great ambassador for the company! What a nightmare to find this place ! In a rented office - a bit grotty - weird looks from people hanging around the office - stained carpets very str...ange environment. Could not have the treatment - the lady did not know what the menopause is and what HRT is? Very, very odd! Paid £65.00 to get lost, enter an horrible environment, met a lady who looked totally confused - what a waste of money and time. Trying to find a email address to contact the company and get my money back ! Show more

I do not have a high body fat content however I have specifics areas that have accumulated pockets of fats that I wanted to target. I have had liposuc...tion and a tummy tuck just before Covid and developed pockets of fat on my lower back due to not being able to continue with lympathic drain massages. I am genuinely surprised with the result. It took about 2 days to fully see the reduction in fat along my back. Really important to follow their instructions and drink plenty of water. The location is close to Liverpool station (exit via Bishopsgate). I got lost and the lady came outside to find me. The treatment lasts a whole hour and felt like a nice massage in my back. Having had major cosmetic surgery and gone through the longer recovery period involved I would recommend this treatment. It is non invasive and results are visible as long as you keep up the maintenance afterwards. I will be booking more sessions to target other areas as well. Show more
