The staff at Velvet Ink were so lovely and very child orientated. The lady put my daughter at ease while having her ears pierced. She was very patient... and made the appt lots of fun. My daughter has wanted her ears pierced for over a year now and she’s only 6. She got some gorgeous silver sparkly earrings and she can’t stop looking at them in the mirror lol. Thank you. Show more

I had my third lobe piercing done by Ann-Marie, she was so ...friendly, talked me through each stage, kept me relaxed throughout and explained the after care! obsessed with the bellybutton peircing i got, the aftercare instruction were simple and well explanied for someome one who has trouble with english, t...he wait was very short and definitely worth the few minute wait, kat was very kind and took her time explaning everything and etc. love the end results, felt at ease getting the pericing and everything. great experience 10/10 Show more

Pretty good service, staff are kind and funny. One concern is that though i listed my allergen on the pre-procedure sheet, the piercer didn't realise ...until i said it verbally, so this is an area that needs some work. Love my piercings, thanks! Show more
