I have been a customer for 9 months now and despite booking i’m always waiting half an hour plus for my appointment. Whilst waiting I have noticed ev...eryone is charged differently and prices often made up, for example I pay 35.00, more sometimes, and other customers have been charged 20.00 and once two women were only charged 20.00 between them. I understand there are different services but some customers are definitely favourtised. When you are finally seen too the person doing your nails often rushes and is heavy handed with your hands. I begrudge going and paying them my money but I have to say the end results are always good and the nails last. Great outcome but generally they need to work on their appointment services and customer service skills. Show more

Firstly I’m so sorry about your waited times, it’s some time we can’t handle when we very busy. But for the prices I have to tell you we charge everyone the same depen what service you have and it show on the booking app so you can check that. So if you not happy with us you can tell us before you going out of the shop then I will try to do my best for the customers! I’m sorry and thank you for your feedback!

We had never used this salon before but heard good things so thought we would try them and very impressed. My daughter was seen only a few mins late f...or her appointment but they were very busy and it wasn’t a long wait (maybe 15/20 mins) The actual nails turned out exactly like the inspo pic she showed them.
