I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. I showed Libby pictures of how i wanted my hair (platimum balayage with my medium dark brown)... I had questions about how possible this would be (seeing as my hair is quite dark and what i wanted was white blonde) Libby was very knowledgeable and my hair turnt out even better than I expected, i love my new look. I am pleasantly shocked and so happy that Libby achieved platinum blonde in one sitting. Highly recommend! Show more

She communicated really well, made sure ...I was happy with everything throughout, and gave me some great aftercare advise. It was my first visit to Libby and I will definitely be back! She was lovely and inviting, making me feel relaxed right away and was very easy to chat... to. I booked in for a cut and blowdry and she understood about my usual routine, time that I have to style my hair etc to give me something that worked with that. First appointment with Libby and I am over the moon with my hair (before and after pics attached) Firstly, she made me feel super welcome, comfortable... and is so friendly. Her knowledge and skills are obvious which is great as it give you reassurance you are in good hands. Cuppa and a biscuit offered whilst we were waiting for the colour to develop with a lovely getting to know each other chat. Will deffo be coming back to Libby for now on.
