Hi Dawid, first of all thank you for choosing Chaps Barbers for your haircut we really appreciate it. I would like to reply to your review and say that I’m really shocked at your comments regarding Jolene, stating that she lacks basic knowledge of cutting hair. I can let you know that she has over 20 years experience in barbering and has never had any comments like yours before . I have checked when you came in for your haircut and it’s been a week since your visit. I have spoken with Jolene regarding your visit and she cannot remember that you were unhappy at the time,and I can see that you paid for your cut. If you was so unhappy why not say when you were in the barbershop .You are the first person to write a 1 * review regarding the service they have received since we started using Booksy over 3 years ago and we have had over 10,000 clients in this time .The only other one was for an admin error on our behalf when we forgot to cancel an appointment for a customer when a member of staff fell ill. I'm sorry that you wasn't happy with your visit and would like to apologise to you and thank you again for taking time to write your review. Kind regards Chaps Barbers.
