I had previously reviewed this place after a bad experience but this has now been rectified. I am a firm believe in listening to your customers and lo...yalty. This barbers definitely have both of these. One of the owners (Lev) contacted me due to my bad review and listened to my issues I had. He then asked me to return and see him so he could change my opinions on this place. I can definitely say Lev looked after me very well and I cannot recommend this place enough. I will be returning for sure from now on and will not go anywhere else in Hemel Hempstead due to the experience Lev showed me. Thank you Lev. Show more

After being recommended here by a work colleague I decided to give this place a go. Sadly my experience was very poor and I will not be returning back... here. The trimmer that was used was obviously not cleaned as the following day after my haircut I had white spots appear on neck line and a rash which was itchy. This only appeared after my hair cut. I also found that my skin fade half way into it there was a bald spot each side that stood out where it hadn't been blended correctly. Very poor service regarding my hair cut which I'm shocked with. I don't usually do reviews but just wanted to give my honest opinion. Shocked as the reviews for this place were so good. Maybe I'm just a one off. Show more
