I don’t normally leave a bad review but felt that I had to after reading previous experiences. I had an appointment booked for 15th April and had a r...eminder sent to me that morning. When I got there the shop was closed. I’ve tried to call multiple times but each time the call won’t connect. I’ve text and sent messages through instagram and never received a reply. After previous great experiences with this groomer this was a real let down. Will sadly have to find a more reliable groomer. Show more

My appointment was confirmed and a reminder was sent to me this morning. Attended and shop was closed ……phoned Toni and phone just rang out ……called b...ack again and phone wouldn’t connect ……have emailed them …..surprisingly no reply. No apology……nothing. Nothing more to say …..find another groomer. Show more

So sorry this was your experience we tried to call u twice on monday at 10.19am to move the appointment but no answer! If you want to book back in we will do a free groom for your troubles so sorry again…
