My appt was with Marcus and he was amazing. He knew exactly the colour and shape and was good fun to chat to. He was so polite and very attentive. I’...ve been to so many nail salons in Leam but never one like Queen nails… you get a full VIP service and the nail technicians are very polite and kind and take care of all your needs x Show more

The staff are very professional and frie...ndly & nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you ! Lovely clean salon and there is a car park near by if you can’t get parked in one of the side streets. Nice to see another new business in the town . The nails are fine however I got seated 30 minutes after my booking and it took an hour even though the booking advised it was a 30 minute service (BI...AB infill). I was also charged £5 more than the booking/menu advised. Show more

Hello Takara, we are very sorry for the problem making you wait so long, we also tried to arrange everything as quickly as possible to do your nails because we have few staff, please understand. about this issue. There is also the issue of charging an additional 5 pounds: on our booking service, infill beerb with gel color is 30 pounds, but you have to add French white tip so we are required to charge an additional design fee because that is the fixed price of the company. we are. Hope you understand and sympathize with us.
