I’ve had some bad experiences getting my lashes done in the past, so it was hard to put my trust into someone. Heema really put me at ease and listene...d to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. I’m so glad to have been recommended to her and I absolutely love my lashes! They actually suit my face and they feel super comfortable and don’t irritate me at all. They brush super well with the forever spooly that she gives you which is such a cute addition to the service. This is why I try to avoid foreign fills (another lash techs work) you also could have voiced your concerns if this was the case there and then and I would have loved to help you in any way possible, all my clients are aware of this and I’ve never had such a complaint. Apologies you feel this way.
