Sandeep! I am so sorry about cancelling your appointment, especially when this was your first visit to my shop. I appreciate you being honest as I felt so bad that I was not able to be at the shop. However my reason for canceling was family related and unexpected. I would like to make this right and offer you a cut for no cost as this was 100% my issue and not yours. It would be my pleasure to have you sit in my chair. Once again I sincerely apologize for not holding my end of the deal.
