I haven’t had acrylics on for a hot minute, and I’m not usually a nail salon ‘shop’ girl, as I’m super picky and like the personal service of at home ...salons. This was a last minute decision, I booked at 3 for a 6pm appointment. I was seen incredibly quickly, even though they had full chairs. The service was quick, comfortable and quality; even had a short hand massage after.. I’m so happy with the final set, I will definitely be back. Show more

Loyal client who won't be returning - service was with Vicky. I have been coming to this salon since they opened recently and have been very loyal to... them. Yesterday, I had an appointment booked for an acrylic refill (45 min time slot) at 4.45pm. I turned up and was told it'd be 20 mins until they could get to me... Then the Asian lady came over and began scolding me as to where I had my nails done as my middle finger had completely come off.. to which I told her "here" I always come here.. she looked at me like I was lying. The cheek! She then proceeded to put a new nail on (all while not even speaking to me and treating me as though I was an inconvenience to her) she was so rude, stuck a tip on, did her thing but didnt file it to be in uniform with any of my other nails, cut me with the electric file and didnt even say sorry or anything..I couldnt believe this treatment after how bloody loyal I have been to them.. and I had an appointment booked? Acting as though I had just shown up and inconvenienced them so much was disgusting. I will not be back, EVER. You should be ashamed of yourselves and also take more care of your repeat clientele. Completely unacceptable as the face of the business or business owner. GET A CLUE. Show more

Went in for a manicure and pedicure which I walked in wanted just polish but did upgrade to gel because why not I can’t do gel at home. The person wh...o did the pedicure prep and massage was amazing can’t fault her at all, she took her time and was gentle with all tools. Was swapped to another lady for the polish. The toes are well applied looks. The manicure though looks very bumpy and uneven in colour. A lot of the nails are starting to lift after one day. Was a bit more rough with the tools did make me bleed which happens but no word from her just glanced at me maybe to see if I noticed. When you go in expecting to pay the $60 for a treat and end up adding an extra $30 you don’t want to find faults. Also they advise for 10% off when booking online but that also wasn’t added to my payment no big deal but maybe don’t advertise if there’s no way to track. Photos don’t show the full uneven texture as iPhones smooth lighting and correct things Show more

The work done on my nails was very good. I am happy with the result, however the salon is poorly designed, set out and lacks any atmosphere. The floor...ing is unstable and moves, not suitable for indoors. There was nowhere to wash my hands, I found some towels over 8ft away around the corner, no lights over workspaces, Staff were sharing equipment back and forth, most importantly no PPE worn by tech and extraction fans were not installed to capture the nail dust. I know it is newly opened and hopefully when i return in a few months time it is better and more fully set up as a comfortable salon. Show more
