Setup appointment & was approved 2 days before actual date. I was contacted an hour before service day of & notified that my appt would be canceled & ...was asked to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule with a time that worked best for the stylist she stopped responding. Show more

Booksy is a new app I’m using for bookings. I usually only schedule through a completely different system so I’m not sure what messages are sent out about approvals but that’s something that I will have to fix. The reason I did not respond to you because your initial conversation with me was very rude. My schedule gets booked pretty fast for I have 2 systems so when you didn’t reply to the times I recommended ,after you were rude , fast enough, those slots were already filled. I have tons of help so If I couldn't get you, I do have others who can but I am aware that people do not like everyone doing their hair. I do the best that I can with a high demand. I apologize that you feel the way you feel but I did do everything i could to accommodate you. Have a blessed day
