Hola mi nombre es Claribel realmente no se con quien te recortaste pero no fue conmigo y desconozco lo sucedido por que nadie se ha quejado en el establecimiento antes de irse si tuviste un problema debiste decirlo por que hasta ahora me estoy enterando de lo que supuestamente sucedió si deseas me puedes llamar al 813 860 9919 para que hablemos y resolvamos esto de la mejor manera posible lament o que hayas tenido una mala esperiencia siempre trato que mis clientes salgan felices gracias

Apparently there’s no organization on scheduled appointments. I arrived for my appointment and the salon was closed. I waited 10 minutes and still no...body showed up. I decided to contact the owner to let her know I was there for my appointment and she simply and completely forgot about it (even though it was scheduled through Booksy). There was no accommodation until the following week so I decided to not try again. Completely disappointed! Show more

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience and for not really notifying you that I couldn't I had an emergency my son had a severe asthma attack and was in a coma he was in the hospital for a month sorry I know it was bad but honestly the only thing I thought about was that moment was that I was going to lose my son my most sincerest regrets
