Absolutely terrible! My appointment got canceled 30 mins before my scheduled time. I drove from the Inland Empire to come get serviced and I was alrea...dy sitting in the parking lot waiting. I understand life happens, but now I’m waiting several days to get my deposit back. I was told I would be getting my money back, but it’s day 3 and there’s still nothing. I’ve sent several text and I’ve gotten no response. I think this is extremely unprofessional. Considering I got cancelled 30 mins before my appointment…my deposit should’ve been given back to me. Not only did I lose money drive over there, now several days later im still waiting on a deposit. Out of pocket all this money but no lashes. Show more
