It was so nice to return to Griselda and team after four years and see it only improved. I loved coming to her before I moved away because of the serv...ice, price, and overall hair care. Now I have the benefit of the location that I moved closer. The shop is clean and renovated. The personalities are warm and welcoming. Pamela spirit is just beautiful!!! I don’t like to put a lot of heat on my hair often or harsh chemicals. They respected my wishes while make my hair beautiful. I love the coffee touch ☕️ especially after leaving mine to make my appointment. She apologized for the wait although it was some of the fastest service I ever received. It was a bit more expensive than usual because I needed some serious hair recovery help. I still feel the price was good. Show more

Very disappointing experience . I decided to go with this salon because of the reviews. And when I got there the hair stylist was clueless about my ap...pointment . It was a partial highlight. She applied the bleach and then left the salon- told me if there were any issues to call her. She left for the day- with her friend or coworker. Told be she would be around the area. She left her blow dry crew to apply the toner and finish me up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt to amend her poor job. And she showed no interest in rescheduling me or working with my schedule to fix what she did. Normally don’t leave reviews. But I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through - to feel like despite you are paying for a service you are a bother to try and give them another chance to fix what they did. Very irresponsible from the owner’s part And yes it was a late apt as per my booking request - but since she wants to point that out ! The appointment had to be approved before being confirmed. The ladies at Dominican true beauty are amazing. It’s not your traditional salon experience where you have one person work on you the entire visit but... I can promise the results are amazing. I recently got my hair colored and keratin. Let me tell you that I has been a saving grace in this Florida humidity. I don’t like wearing my hair curly. With the weather here I had to all the time. Griselda tapped in that keratin babes and my hair stays bone straight even when it’s 90 degrees and pouring cats and dogs. I never leave reviews but I was so pleased with my appointment that I thought I would share! I got a Brazilian blow out done and I’ve been amazed with... the results. This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian but the hair dresser answered any questions I had and really took her time with the application and styling. I was a bit skeptical that my hair would remain so straight, shiny, and smooth but after working out and getting sweaty as well as washing my hair I can 100% say this was well worth the money! I will save so much time styling in the morning. If you’re questioning whether you should book the appointment, do it! You won’t regret it. Show more
