I am a new client and definitely will be returning bc Terry truly transformed my hair, which has never felt this silky and light-weight before! His sp...ot is a little tricky to find however he answered promptly when I called to nail down the location. He gave me an AMAZING shampoo, great funny conversation, and I left feeling like a superstar. His work definitely speaks for itself because later in the evening after my hair was done, I went to the store and a woman stopped me to ask where I got my hair done, and that's never happened to me b4. Unprofessional! My appointment was at 10 am. I called 10 min running behind because I was having trouble finding the salon. My gps kept directing me t...o an apartment complex. A guy answered and hung up immediately. I texted to letting the person know that im your 10 am and waiting but was lost because i was looking for a salon. I parjed at the front entrance of complex. I called sgain it rand the 3rd call. The stylist answers and said thst he thought he had canceled all of his appts. " im at the emergency room." "i had a code red." I told him he didnt forgot and was Unprofessional. Never again. Im from the city where everyone does hair great. Now, in San Joaquin County, where black stylists are few, they can't do hair. And extremely unprofessional. I told he. She, they that *ss shouldn't have been s*****g **k all night. He, she, they would have been able yo handle their biz. So, im pissed tf off. Show more
