Amazing service at Deja Elite Boutique. Brought my sister here yesterday to look for a prom dress and everyone was fantastic. Even when it all got a b...it overwhelming the staff were extremely understanding. There is a great selection of dresses which are well organised into the different styles and colours making it easy to look through what you are looking for. My sister left feeling fantastic, chuffed to have found her prom dress, feeling great about her figure thanks to all the support and feeling very reassured about what was although exciting, still an overwhelming experience for her. Thank you so much for all of your help, support and guidance to find the perfect dress and helping my sister feel so much better along the way. We were lucky enough that her perfect dress was available in her size meaning we were able to take it the same day rather than ordering it in which was even better. Great to know as well that they won't sell the same dress to someone going to the same prom. Thanks again, highly recommend! Xx Show more

My daughter had an appointment today for her prom dress. This is a very special day in a teens life. She had seen a dress online and decided to try a ...few others as well. In total she had 5/6 dresses to try. As these were sample dresses they did not fit however on 3 occasions I asked the girl about sizing and she said please don’t worry we measure your size and order it in. My daughter chose a beautiful yellow prom dress. We were then ushered to another part do the shop where another lady took my daughters measurements. At this time they filled in the order form and wrote down the dress info and measurements. I was advised I had to pay a deposit of £275 which was half the dress price. This was paid by card and we were handed the order form and receipt. I asked the women when the dress would be ready she then proceeded to scroll on her phone. Looked up and said “your daughters measurements are too big we can’t get this dress “ I turned round and looked at my daughter who’s eyes at this point we’re welling up. I told her to go wait in the car. I said to the “owner “ have you any idea what you have just done to my daughter’s confidence . At NOPOINT while trying on these dresses were we advised this dress would not be available or any others for that matter . THEY KNEW MY DAUGHTERS SIZE but let her have the humiliation anyway . The owners attitude was appalling and it was clear she didn’t give a stuff what had just happened. She said “ do you want me to speak to her ? “ I said absolutely not !! I cannot believe how insensitive she was. I then asked for a refund of deposit by which she huffed and said “ oh I need to find my code to do a refund “ she said “ oh I need to make sure I mark on them they don’t go bigger !!!” My daughter is so upset and her whole experience ruined. This women doesn’t care all she cares about is the ££££ and moving as many people through her shop to buy. PLEASE BEWARE if you are over a size 16 don’t go as you will be humiliated.
